• Account details: name, email, phone number, and password.
• Booking activity: which grounds and slots you book, your booking streak, and payment status.
• Payment proof: a screenshot you upload to confirm your advance payment, stored with our image-hosting provider.
• Location: if you allow it, your device’s approximate location, to show nearby grounds and real-time availability. You can decline this and search by city instead.

We use this information to process bookings, verify payments, calculate booking streaks and rewards, show you nearby venues, and contact you about your account or a booking.

We share payment screenshots with our image-hosting provider (Cloudinary) to store them securely. Ground owners see the booking details needed to honor your reservation — your name, phone number, and slot time. We don’t sell your personal data.

If analytics are enabled on the site, an aggregated, anonymized usage signal may be shared with Google Analytics to help us understand how the platform is used.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics may set its own cookies to measure site usage.

We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is active, or as needed to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing us. We’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Futsalmandu isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
